Great job! Just a tip on the form building to save time. Instead of layering the plywood yourself you can buy "microlam" (it may have other names by now) from most larger lumber yards. It comes in a couple thicknesses. If I remember right the 1 7/8 is what I would buy to build recurves. I think they were 10 to 14 inches in width by what ever length you wanted up to about 30 feet! They sold it by the foot. Just tell them it has to be straight or pick it out yorself if you can. It is layered plywood for header beams etc in buildings.
