What a great thing to do! Me and my kids have been shooting together for as long as they have been able to hold a bow. My oldest (Daughter) is 16 now, and outshoots her compound wheelin would be suiters! Teenage boys dont handle that kind of rejection very well!

Makes me wish that I had a kid.  So that I could tell him/her that I've had the pleasure of meeting David in person and can confirm that he's one class act.

+1.

I guess in my business(archery shop) what gives me the most pleasure, is setting up a bow for grandchild that a grandfather is going to purchase.  I can imagine the two of them hunting together, creating memories that will last for a lifetime.  I didn't have that as a kid, but I sure do enjoy helping it happen with others, and I'd like that to happen with my grandchildren, but everyone in my kids, are at least three states away, great idea

Huntrdfk,

I ahve a friend whose young son is now shooting an old fibreglass bow that I loaned him. Micheal, who is seven years old, started "arrowing" at a YMCA youth camp. He really took a liking to his "arrowing" so I loaned him the bow that my Dad gave me when I was five.

His Dad would like to shoot too, but can't really afford it.

This would be a way I could get a Father and son shooting together, traditionally.

Please add my name to list, for Gary, and and his son, Micheal.

David, this is just awesome.  My oldest is only 3 and has a bow, so do not include us.  I just wanted to say thank you for what you are doing.

David, I work with a guy that is just getting into archery his son has shown a real interest in shooting. He has been looking through my trad magazines at break time and at lunch and asking questions about a recurve or longbow for his son. They would be deserving candidates for this drawing. If they were to win a pair of bows like theses the sky would be the limit for those two. Could they be considered for this drawing? There names are Dave and Jake.

Darn nice of you David to offer this.  It is simiply amazing how generous the folks are on this site.

My oldest daughter would love to shoot that bow.
