Hello every one If you are wondering who the lucky man is? I have his ok to tell you who he is. It is Mr. Vic. And I have been blessed to have him to become a part of my life's path The Great Spirit has brought us together and our path together will be filled with all types of outdoor happenings. And no I will not be dropping him off at his hunting spot and either me going home or to another shot to hunt. We will be hunting together.this is his rule and mine as well. we like it better that way. And I wont be scaring away the deer I know how to walk in peace with mother earth.
thanks again for all the responses to my question.and if you have any more incite just let me know.

I admit that I read this and thought it was about a guy finding his new found Huntress, not that it was actually a Huntress finding her new found Hunter. Congrats to the both of you, it sounds like a perfect match! Best of luck and happy hunting!

Heehee!  :biglaugh:

Hey neat!  Glad to hear Mr. Vic has found love, or rather a love!  I was thinking about asking Mr. Vic if he wanted to do a little rabbit hunting, but Wyoming is a bit far.

Now his sport COSTS THREE TIMES AS MUCH AS BEFORE AND HE HAS TO LET HER HAVE ALL THE BEST SET-UPS!  If she is left handed, then it costs ten times as much as before!

8th Dwarf is correct. All the good spots, stands and expenses are now negotiated and shared. Not a bad deal if you are a good negotiator. Here's what happened on my wife's first two hunts.

Yup...looks like some of the photos of my wife, Karen.  Despite what I said above, she was my constant hunting partner for many years before a muscle disease laid her low.

She used to walk on her hands from one end of the house to the other to strengthen her shoulders to pull her 55 pound longbow.  Now this is a woman who weighed 97 pounds and stood 5' 2" short.  She backpack hunted for Dall Sheep with me in the Yukon, she Elk hunted, lion hunted, hunted Africa, and became a Senior Member of Pope and Young.

Fibromyalgia laid her low and darned near killed her.  She's better now, but can't shoot a bow or hike hard.  I miss her terribly in the woods, but no one ever proved to me that life was fair!

If you can find a woman who loves to bowhunt, hike, fish, and roam the hills, GO FOR IT!  Life can never be better than that!

Try to find a right hander, though...this left hand stuff is costly!

Bill...did you REALLY have to mention that in such a classy post?  It ain't rocket science!  Having someone gorgeous sharing the old sleeping bag is a whole lot better than having no one to share it!
