Again, don't let the light color of these veneers fool you. Aittle alcohol wiped on really changes the color.

The next thing to offer is Spalted Maple. Here is on example to how it can look used in bow limbs.

(Side Note) Set #2 had a small knot that popped out during sanding. At .030" glue will easily fill the hole during glueup.

Every once in awhile I run across a piece of walnut that just begs to be made into veneers.

The material that remained on the board worked out just right for a couple sets of parallels.
