Recently, I had some issues with some of my Gold Tip shafts, so I contacted the factory and spoke to an extremely nice lady, Casey Jo Larsen, who instructed me to ship them back to her for inspection. I did as instructed, and today received replacements. I would like to say that although I have had a few issues with Gold Tip shafts this past year, the factory has been more than helpful in resolving the issues, and their customer service really came through wonderfully.
