A couple kitchen slicers
« on: April 13, 2015, 02:48:00 PM »
Hey everyone! I have up for grabs two kitchen cutters in Aebl. These are both 62rc and razor sharp. The first one is my santoku model with a g10 handle in some fun colors. The second is my 6" petit gyuto with maroon linen micarta. Both have nicely tapered tangs and my signature copper/carbon fiber pins. The spines and choils on both are rounded and polished for a comfortable pinch grip.

Here are the specs.

Santoku

Blade - 7 1/4" (185mm)
Heel to spine - 2 1/4"
Steel - .110" Aebl at 62rc  Heat treat and proper LN cryo done by myself
Handle - Forrest green g10 with lime green liners. Tapered tang.
Pins - Copper/carbon fiber
Finish - Belt finish
Price - $450 w/ free Priority shipping
Paypal or postal money order preferred
