I've used B&H for over 10 years with 100% satisfaction.

You can trust them with used equipment also, saving yourself a few bucks. 30 day warranty on used, 90 days on refurbished, and a no questions asked return policy if you don't like what you get. They often have used or refurbished Canon Gl-1 and GL-2's.

Tom is correct, B&H are excellent.  also check there used camera & video section as they have a pretty decent selection of used equipment from time to time....

I'll also agree with Tom about B&H. I've had nothing but great service from them.

Another vote for B&H. An alternative is KEH in Atlanta for used gear. I've bought a couple of used lenses from them they rated as "bargain" that have been great. Then too you might consider your local brick and mortar store if one exists, you might pay a few dollars more but help someone to survive.

I agree, B&H is good.  So is Adorama. Check Amazon too. Sometimes it's price is competitive. Ritz is reliable, but often it's prices are higher than the three above.

For a price comparison of online sellers, check  www.pricescan.com.  Enter the model you're interested in, and it will list the sellers in order by price.

Ignore the ones that are way cheaper than B&H, Adorama, and Amazon. All of those are scammers. And stay away from auction sites for new cameras. They draw all the international scammers.

To check reliability on any internet seller, just google the name of the company and add the word "reviews." You'll get a flood of online comments from buyers about their experiences with them.

B & H is by far the best pricing!  http://www.bhphotovideo.com/

I own a video production company in Austin, TX, and we get most of our best pricing from them.

I've bought new and used from B & H over the past four years and have gotten nothing but great service.  They ship quickly and I've never received anything damaged in any way.

Check out their web site - they will have everything you need - no matter how much money you want to spend - and usually in stock and ready to ship to you.

Try them - you'll like them

B&H has the goods, lol.  But I dont know if you want the GL2 everything seems to be moving HD, and even a HD camera that is in SD mode is a thousand times better in quality compared to a standard def camera.  And even though I think the GL2 is high def, it is not wide screen, so you will not get anywhere near 1080?  Dont know what you want it for and dont know if you care about HD, alot of folks dont including myself, but if you are using it for commercial purposes you might want to think about it!  good luck
