Sorry for the late reply, but I just saw your post.
You need a special video camera that shoots thousands of frames per second. That way when the video is slowed down, each frame is still clear and sharp. These types of cameras are used to record events that happen too fast for the human eye to follow.(A bullet passing through an apple, for example).
These are not the kinds of cameras that most people buy. Typically a research institute or the government would have them.
A regular camcorder from BigBox Stores shoots about 30 frames per second. When slowed down, you just get blurred images.
