silly armguard question
« on: February 01, 2007, 08:12:00 PM »
I have a traditional armguard that has a long lace and antler buttons.  Once adjusted, the extra length of lace is cut and an antler stop is fastend to the end.

My question.  What exactly do I do with this end piece of lace and the button.  Do I just cut it flush and use the button/stop to keep it from slipping.  Do I cut it a bit long and loop it around something else?

WOW is the a GREAT AG! LOL What I do is just tuck it under the AG. That way I can wear it with a jacket or without. If Shell left a real long strand just snip it and reglue the antler oiece. Hope this helps.<><

Thanks!  It IS a great AG.  I haven't worn it yet (I hardly ever wear an AG) But this Sunday it's gonna be cold and I might need it if I'm shooting in long sleeves.

Plus it looks cool.

Never ask a man where he's from. If he's from Texas, he'll tell you. If not, don't embarrass him. ;-)

BTW,

Can we have some of your "cold" Texas weather up here?
It sure would warm us up!   :campfire:
Had sub zero weather most of the last 2 weeks!
