it is already illegal to shoot any animal in illinois if it's white.all because of the white squirrels of olney.

In Oklahoma it is illegal to shoot white deer, unless you obtain written permission from the ODWC.

It's like on the cartoons,,,,,,,White deer comes browsing through the woods, you get all excited, whip out your pencil and paper and write a quick note. You lick the envelope and put on the stamp. Then all of a sudden this little funny looking mailman shows up and takes off with your letter......A few seconds later here he comes blazing back into the scene with your reply...............either Yes you can harvest the white deer, or no you can't.

Another stupid law in Illinois. Another meaningless regulation on hunters. Ridiculous. Heaven forbid a hunter take a genetically inferior species from the herd; better to let it continue to breed and hurt the population.
