American Archery Arrows

I bought a box of arrows that my cousin picked up at an estate sale. They look to be in good shape. They were made by American Archery Co. out of Claredon Hills, IL. If my memory serves me right. I believe this is the company Art Laha was part owner of. Along with ex football player Jerry Kramer. My question is are they safe to shoot after all these years. Or should I hold onto them as a keepsake. It is a full dozen in the box. They are dipped light blue w/ dark blue crest. The feathers are natural turkey with the cock feather being died blue. They are 28 1/2 inches long with crimp on feild points. Spine is 45-50 # The price marked on the box was 73 cents each.

Should be fine to shoot. Might need to do a little straightening on them, and be sure to look them over for cracks, splits or nicks, which they shouldn't have if they're new old stock. Have fun.

I would just make wall display with them....
They might be brittle and explode when ya shoot them.....
