The BW risers in the exotics like osage, coco-bolo, kingwood etc.
Do they laminate the exotic wood, like the regular birch they use. Or are they just one piece of wood.
I know I should just give BW a call but I thought maybe someone here might know. Thanks for any reply.

Here's an MAX in cocobolo with the laminations which helps make the riser even stronger.
You can choose your color of lamination(s), but I'm not sure if they will make one without it. Every one I have seen had the lam in the riser.

Here's a PSAX in Cocobola with an Osage stripe.
The Coco is made up of different laminations and thicknesses.

Alan, the exotic wood is one-piece it is not a bunch of layers. I think that is what ya mean the exotics do not have as many glue lines in the risers as a Greybark or AO. Shawn

My exotic widow was a bunch of layers of wood just like the standard versions. In fact, the test drive bows I had in exotic were as well...Mike

Whittler, as you can see in Ottos post, they laminate the smaller wooden part that is farthest away from the shooter but not the biggest wooden section in the middle of the riser.
