hope this is a fairly good starter bow because
i just boought one. mistake or not?

I agree! It is one of those bows from Howatt that shoots as good as the high end bows but is low end priced.
The size of the horns don,t matter
as long as it has a good tale.

I have a friend that shoots an old Howatt Cavalier. It's a great bow. I think you'll enjoy yours.
