i've got really good hand forged knives and tomahawks period correct. still haven't figured out how to post some of them.

I'll bet they are nice too - but I don't believe the Hawks are allowed (from past experience).

Hawks have been allowed as long as they are not dedicated 'throwing hawks'. Lots of guys carry small hawks when hunting and they're just as useful as a knife in cutting up a critter

Yeah in a pinch a hatchet/hawk can be used as a hunting knife. NO THROWING HAWKS PLEASE.Thanks<><

why the "No Throwing Hawks"? I don't understand why, Does the fact that someone throws them offends. I have never even owned one but just was curious.

Kevin, when everything is said and done, this is still a traditional bow Hunting site. Dedicated throwing hawks have little to do with hunting, same with throwing knives.
