Another one from ML Knives
« on: July 16, 2008, 07:40:00 PM »
Matt sent me these pictures of the knife he's working on for me. This is a big one with an 8 3/8" blade. I send Matt a piece of moose antler for the handle and this is how it turned out.

As soon as he finishes the sheath it will be headed my way.

Ken, I tried to talk him out of his personal Hudson Bay knife but he wouldn't part with it.   "[dntthnk]"   He had this one started and it caught my fancy.

It'll make a good companion piece to carry on the off side of this .69cal original Howdah double that I just got last week.

I just got off the phone with Matt. I wanted to ask if he would put my initials on the sheath. He was putting the sheath together when I called so I caught him just in time. This will personalize it. I should have pictures with both knife and sheath sometime today or tomorrow at the latest.

I have always Thought Howdah pistol's were that cat's pajamas! aka COOL! I chose "cat's pajamas" because of the original use for Howdah pistols.
That is a great looking example there Ron.
