KNIVES FROM FILES
« on: August 15, 2008, 07:08:00 PM »
Well I always loved the look a=of a rugged knife made froma file. Well since I got me a forge and a anvil( need a bigger one) I thought I would try my hand at a couple knives from files.  The bigger knife has a 6.5" blade oal of 11.5" and the other knife has a 5.5" blade oal 9.75"/ They sure take a great edge and sharp sharp. <><

get ya a fire started and toss it in there and keep it hot for awhile a hour or two. When the fire goes out leave it till the blade  cools down.><>
