One for Pappy
« on: February 24, 2009, 03:47:00 PM »
Here is a knife that I made for my Dad out of a horse shoeing rasp and the handle is made out of African Blackwood.  Also I've done some raw hide brading with Spanish ring knots also.

Thanks for looking,
Rod

When the last deer disappears into the morning mist,
When the last elk vanishes from the hills,
When the last buffalo falls on the plains,
I will hunt mice for I am a hunter and I must have my freedom.

That's a good looking knife, and a great use of an old rasp.
