A couple of neck knives
« on: March 09, 2009, 07:51:00 AM »
Here are a couple I just finished.

This one is a 1095 carbon blade, whitetail antler with a brass guard and pin. Blade is 3" and OAL is 8". Antler has a deer track engraved in the burr. Sheath is handmade and tooled out of 8-9oz leather and set up for handle down carry.

This one is 1095 and 15N20 nickel steel random damascus with a brass guard on dyed whitetail antler with a wood cap front and back. Blade is 3" and OAL is 7-1/2". Sheath is hand made and set up for a handle down carry.
Thanks for looking and enjoy!   :D

Great looking knives!!!! On the first one did you sand all of the burs on the antler down smooth after dying it? 'Cause that looks awesome!
