another one or two

here is one i did for a guy at work
01 steel, 3/16 with a 6 1/2 blade oal is 12 inches, vine work on top handle is wenge, guard is nicklesilver and s.s. pins
 
 
next is 01 steel 3 3/4 blade oal is 8 inches handle is bocote with 1/8 brass pins, a little file work on top
 
hope you like em,
o yea did anyone notice my new stamp?

I like the first one I have a thing for guards.
And if you want to start making me some knife holder like the first one we need to talk.  :p

the first was drawn out by the guy i made for, his spec.
the second one is for another guy.

kevin i like the guards also, but as you can see the s.s. pins and the nickle silver will not blend together. now the holder was not made by me, it was given to me by my dad.
I guess no one likes my stamp HA.HA.

Dana, actually I really like your stamp, do you press the stamp or bang it with a hammer?

I like both knives, I don't object to the pins being visable on the guard at all. IMHO you did a super job on both knives!

steve i hit it with a hammer, i can't afford a press right now, but some day.

Dang Brother, you're really comin' around on those knives. Those are beautiful. Stamp looks great too.

i got it from infinity stamp, not sure what the style is, but they have a lot of different styles, they start at 120.00 for your base stamp.
i should have 3 more to post next week.
