Some more fun with Integrals........

I'm having a little fun playing with 52100 round bar, and had recently been inspired to do some smaller integrals for easier carry.
These are a full through-tang construction and made in a fixed assembly all the way through with a threaded tang and finial construction.
For a through-tang, I simply don't know of a stronger construction method.
End-grain Spalted and Stabilized maple for handles.
I'll be taking these tomorrow to the 5th Annual Fox River Knife Rendezvous in Island Lake.

Karl, Those are sure purrty!  How do you get that nice big rounded curl...by hand or some grinder attachment?  Jeff

Not sure what you mean by the "rounded curl"?

Just that deep rounded plunge line.  Do you do that with a file or have a rounded off corner on your platen?

Gotcha.
It is forged in at the beginning of the forging process, and is then refined at the grinder with a 1" diameter contact wheel.
