Sheath for my shrew bowie
« on: January 26, 2010, 07:34:00 PM »
I studied robtattoo's crossdraw sheath project intending to make a crossdraw for my bowie but I changed direction and modeled this instead. Took awhile. Although not perfect it is 'Handmade in the USA'

Thank you! I was sure it would be liked, I like it. I'm a copycat though. Its not original to me.

Jon, Ron posted a teaser awhile back of this knife his bladesmith had made and I hit him up for one right off the bat. It has Moose scales, he he...don't know if I'll be thrown it though. Its a damn nice tool!

Yes you can order one, but right now Carlton has so many irons in the fire (pun intended) that it'll take awhile to get one. I'll try to get something on my website in the next few days.

John, that's an outstanding job on the sheath...   :clapper:
