help with value of 2 knives?
« on: March 12, 2010, 12:39:00 PM »
I will take pics when I get home but I'll be posting up a bunch of things forsale to help with a down payment on a house and I have two knives that I bought about 20yrs ago when I got my first credit card, ha ha...  they are by Marbles and are still in the boxs and never once have they been used. the original sheaths are both mint and never have been worn. both knives have remained in the original boxes wrapped in the original tissue paper wrap that came with them. pics will help alot and I'll take them but for now they are no different in condition than one you just recieved in the mail except these are both 20yrs old.

okay if I remember right one is called a Back woods Skinner and has a longer curved skinning blade and I think a bubinga handle.

the 2nd is a Staghorn hunter that has a antler handle with burl on end and brass guard with red and black micarta pieces this ones blade is maybe 4 1/2 or 5"

can you guys give me an honest estimate on what I should post these for or what you'd put them up for?

also please this is not a forsale ad and I cannot make a sale through this ad but will do a sale ad once I have better info.
