I should have got a bandsaw a long time ago.  Made these recently.

Yes I am a knapper and made the points.  I wish I knew what the chocolate stuff is for sure.  It looks kind of like rainy buttes but I think it is not dense enough to be that.  It could possibly be an odd color of novaculite.  I am going to show it to some of my knapping buddies and see if any of them gave it to me and/or know what it is for sure.  I like it and want more if I can find it.

Chocolate colored rock looks like Buffalo River.
