just finished the handle on the hawk head chris ireland of penn. made for me.  the head was made from a rr spike and the handle out of tiger stripe maple.  can't wait to use it on something.

anyone who has made these things will appreciate how much width he got in the blade from the spike end!!  i also like how the 'ears' are drawn down on the eye.
