If it is a Morrison applied snake skin and finish you should be fine... not sure about the others.

I have my GN strap on on my longbow with snakeskins. No problems. I wouldn't cinch it down tight.

Brent,
I use my Great Northern on my snake skinned backed selfbows and haven't had any problems.  The only problem they cause, and all strap on bow quivers have this problem, is the lighter colored yellow band where the strap blocks the light from reaching the Osage.
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.

Thanks guys, I was worried about the rubber and the vibration may loosen the skins    And could not remember reading anything about that.

I've not had problems with that, but crawling around in the grass, tundra and sage is very rough on them and I seem to need new skins about every four years.
