Refurbish for a friend (pic heavy)

Got a few minutes before I make my nachos, so I figured I'd post some pics of a knife that a friend of mine has been using for a long time now and had apparently tried a number of fixes on over the years. Warning!! its not pretty!! Seems it was a "Kinfolks" knife in its heyday, didn't do any research on it but my first guess was a "Western".
Anyhow, the leather must have come loose (probably around the same time the tang got twisted and subsequently bent), so I think thats why he slathered it with epoxy. The sheath had long gone missing and was currently being covered with a duct tape one. Long story short is I couldnt do much with the blade as it was already "fillet knife" thin, so that just got bead blasted and tool blackened. The fun part was reshaping the leather and the pommel to hide the bend and the twist. I really enjoyed this one as the results came fast and surprisingly easily once I came up with a plan. Plus I'm really happy with the proportions on this sheath. Thanks for looking!
