James Parker from Huntworthy Productions (a sponsor on this site) is one of the best danged knappers I've ever encountered.  Plus, he's one heck of a nice guy  :)

Charlie,

That is absolutely BEAUTIFUL work. Truly unbelievable........I believe that you were born with something that some of us spend a lifetime trying to attain. You never cease to amaze me.

Thanks ! The handles are proximal phalanx from Whitetail deer. They have been submerged in a peat bog for some time.

Are they a base tang knife?  I have a couple I have dug up. Would not want to use them tho but a cool corner Tang knife I would like to have made to use... Maybe we could work something out on one of them if you like?

Here is one I picked up from Ryan Gill at Gills Primitive Achery. I really liked the pinkish stone. Very reasonably priced too.
