One for Dad
« on: April 20, 2011, 10:10:00 PM »
This one is kind of a joint knife with my dad,He can down to visit and I forged him a knife one afternoon, while I was at work he started grinding the profile and flat grinding, he did all the grinding, I heat treated it and finshed it today for him. I'm sure all of you feel the same way when I say I would give him any knife, I have every made. He has 3 or 4 so far,
One Heck of a Man.
This one is 1/4" 1084 with 4 1/4" blade oal is 9"
S.S. fittings with stabilized Mesquite Burl. (I stablized the Mesquite and its hard as H---)
Hope you like it

With the quality of knife you make, you deserve a light box for the pictures.  Great knife.  Mark
