Fixed Blade Pocket Knife

My dad has recently gotten interested in making knives, so I spent last Saturday with him doing just that.
I drew up this pattern and we each made the same knife. It will be really cool to carry a knife we made together.
   

   
   
It is an O1 stock removal knife with green micarta handles with red liners.

Dale asked me how I made the sheath.
I formed the sheath after it was glued and sewn together. I drop it into water as hot as will come out of my kitchen sink for about 45 seconds.
I wrap the knife in plastic wrap and shove it into the sheath. It is a tight fit at this point.
I use a smooth piece of plastic with rounded ends that is about 1/8" thick and press the leather into the curves of the knife.
Since this leather is so thick ~8oz, you have to keep doing this for 20-30 minutes. It presses down really easily but REALLY wants to go flat again. I hit it a bit with a hair dryer as I was doing this to speed up the drying which will help it keep its shape.
I did all the blade grinds on that Sat, and finished the handle and sheath the next two nights.
