Made this over a year ago for my friends work.
Been cutting produce by the truck loads.
About once a month I pull it through a ceramic and turn back to a razor blade..Thing rusts!
And that needs to be taken care of. That action wood even though it has mutiple coats of oil finish still soaks water. About a month ago I completely redid knife.....Formesby Tung oil...about half a bottle solved the problem...
That deer antler knife I listed is the new replacement.....Again one of those ones "He dont wanna use new one" thing lives in water! Imagine cuttin corn stalks and cabbage ends non stop. Thats a work out. LOL   I made him the deer antler one figuring it might be waterproof.
And it wont rust...And even sharper
