My First Dagger

This is a dagger Ive been working on for about a month, I spent 10 hr yesterday on the handle and fittings, Steel is 5160, handle is buffalo horn, guard is stainless steel and fittings are brass. This is a full take down knife, (my first), everything is pinned, (for you guys that make these takedowns, MY HAT IS OFF TO YOU) it is a new ball game. The blade is 6" and 11" OAL. Its nothing fancy but i think it came out ok. Let me know what you think. Thanks
Dana

Dana, it looks fantastic to me! I'm sure those photos do not do it justice! The grinds look very even and well done!
Congratulations for taking on a difficult project and getting the job done! I would say your well on your way to earning your JS stamp!

Good job ,Buddy.
You won't mind 10 hour days much as you go forward ,its the continous 10 hour days that get you down(or maybe weeks)
Believe me you are on the right track.Good job on the other knife also.
