Paring knives

Want to make several GOOD paring knives for hunting camp. Where can I get carbon steel for blades.

Thanks guys for the info...............I found some scraper blades for scrapng floor tile. Made a little paring knife from one and it turned out nice. Will try to post some pics (wife has to do that)
