He has some knives on the sponsors list but you would need to pm him or email and ask for some pics of the antler burr limb bolts.  Resurrected blades is his avatar.  Look under sticshooter in the sponsors classifieds.

When these are used, do you still need to use the brass "bezel" washers between them and the limb?

I've seen photos both ways, I think, but wonder if the bow could handle bare burrs without underlying support.  Seeing them lifted up off the limb surface didn't appear as attractive to my eye...

Talk to Frank and Shell about this. They do provide some synthetic washers with the limb bolts. I like the idea of putting a rubber washer between the limb and the washers they supply just to protect the limbs.

Thanks everyone...    :)
We use real burrs for our limb bolts and like Dave said, do provide washers with each set, there are different set ups that we accommodate for and some variations, some like to ride the burr up on the 1/4" bezeled washer and can be done but we encourage to use it flush on the limb. Not all bows have a bezeled washer and do make them for thos ewho have the recessed hole in the limbs as well.

I took the liberty of using Joe's pics of his to give an example of what they would look like low profile on a bow. (Thanks Joe for the use of your pic)

Since we have had some issues with our server, please contat us through a PM.

Thanks again guys (shell helping my hubby)

Frank and Shell are the nicest people that you will ever deal with.  We need more like them in this crazy world that we live in.

No question at all....contact Frank and Shell Scukanec.  They just made me a new set of polished elk burrs, and they are simply beautiful.  Excellent craftsmanship and wonderful people.
