I will soon be ordering a heat treat oven. For those experienced users, what advice do you have on control systems and size?

I got an 18 inch Even heat and wish I gotten a 24.
Their Set Pro controller will accomplish more than we'll ever need.

When the last elk vanishes from the hills,
When the last buffalo falls on the plains,
I will hunt mice for I am a hunter and I must have my freedom.

I have an 18" Evenheat also.  It says 18" but I doubt it will hold a true 18" knife.  Get the biggest one you can.
