some "primitave" Hunters & Kiridashis-
« on: December 26, 2012, 07:05:00 PM »
Just felt like making some primitave knives, levaing them "as forged" with just the bevels cleaned up a bit.

Here are a a few pics,  the hunters are forged from 1080,  the kiridashis are made from "left over" W2.

thanks, all the kiridashis are ground to a "zero" bevel.  The 2 hunters have a convex edge.  One of those damn kiridashis "bit" me while wrapping it!

thanks Joe, they are fun to make,  and the wrap is great for a good grip when your hands are wet etc.
