I like all your creations Matt!

Is the Carbon Fiber easy to work with?

Steve, the CF is easy to "work" as far as grind etc.... BUT it makes you itch like crazy.  I mean, like you've been working with fiberglass.  I make sure I wear a hat, respirator (of course), and generally like to wear long sleeves.  When I worked this one yesterday I didn't wear long sleeves, and paid the price.... the itchy price!

Another beauty Matt. I always love it when you post a new one. Thanks for sharing. Your work makes me wish I could afford to be a collector.

thanks guys,  this one is going to England,  to the guy who makes the Carbon Fiber.  He primarily makes it for F1 race car wings/foils, but he made me a batch I will use on Bowies/Choppers etc.

He does make nice carbon fiber blocks. I would love to see his collection.  The knives I have seen that are his are great, this one is right up his alley too. He has quite the collection. I have seen some of his carbon fiber blocks that other makers have from him.

Outstanding as usual.  I saw this on FB and left a comment there asking about using carbon fiber since it is something I've been wanting to try.  The guy that's getting this one and that supplied the carbon fiber messaged me after seeing my comment with a lot of helpful information.  He seems to be a great guy and I will probably try to get some from him if I ever get around to trying it.

Rick is a heck of a nice guy even with a thick English accent!  The next time I use CF I will be sure and wear a sleeved shirt, or jumpsuit... it manages to get everywhere and even the "dust" is itchy!

Lin (and who ever else works CF)  I can emphasize enough, so I will repeat myself-  Be sure and wear not only your standard protective gear (mask/glasses etc.),  but also wear a long sleeve shirt, hat, and tape up your sleeve ends/neck area.

This CF dust seems to have a way of finding open areas in your clothing, and it will itch for a few days.

Also, ive since learned a trick to keep a spray bottle with water nearby when grinding, to keep the handle "wet", aids in keeping the dust down a bit.

I think im going to get me a couple of those "painters" suits and wear one next time I work it.
