San Mai Hunter
« on: August 08, 2014, 06:06:00 PM »
This is one the customer is going to let me use during my "Take Down Knives" demo at the ABS Troy Ohio 10Th Mid America Bladesmithing Symposium in two weeks.
I'll also be doing some hands-on fit-up of a knife like this.
(As well as a take-down frame handle)  ;)

Anyway, this is a nice little 1095/420 SS San Mai with a flaming crotch stabilized walnut handle.Stainless steel guard.

I swear this handle looks like it was painted with a brush!!!!!!

What do you think?

Man that's beautiful!

I never get tired of seeing your knives. Great looking and functional all in one.
