I got a sheath stitched up this week for this one so this whole package is done.  I did a simple belt holster for the sheath to ride in.  I figure it'll be pretty easy for the owner to get additional holsters made if he wants different carry options (lower ride, cross draw, shoulder harness, etc.).  I also tried something a little different to strap the knife in.  The piece of hollowed out antler has a notch on the back side running about 1/3 of the length that the belt stud fits in.  Seems to work real well.  Shame I don't do more of these big blades since I'm not sure how well this system would work with smaller knives.  Anyway, here's a couple of better pictures of the knife and sheath.  Pictures just don't do this Koa justice.  It's a killer piece and I really like working with this wood.

Matt,

That's a good looking knife!

Thanks guys, glad you like it.  It was a blast, but I'm ready to get back to regular people knives.
