Bloodwood Brute de Forge
« on: December 10, 2014, 12:02:00 AM »
I dressed up this Brute de Forge a little with some left-over Ladder Damascus.
The customer supplied his own Bloodwood to match some other piece of equipment he had.
Blade is 1084.

When the last deer disappears into the morning mist,
When the last elk vanishes from the hills,
When the last buffalo falls on the plains,
I will hunt mice for I am a hunter and I must have my freedom.

They can certainly be called a little goofy lookin' by some, but are amazingly comfortable in about any direction you can hold the knife.
Guess I owe Keeslar another 2 bucks.    :saywhat:

Maybe four years ago at Blade I walked up to his table and put $2.00 in his hand.
He said I was the first person that has ever paid him!
I think we were both joking - just a little.    :smileystooges:
