3V Tantos
« on: January 07, 2015, 04:44:00 PM »
Hey guys just finished up these two pointy 3V Tantos. Both have hand rubbed finishes, copper spacers, Ti Guards and Menukis.
I did the fullers a little different on the first one, I think it came out pretty cool. Both have my signature tapered fullers on the spine.
These are flat ground and are needle sharp.
The blades are around 8.5" long.

Thanks for looking!!

Pretty slick Ben. I like the titanium guards you've been doing. Those are heat colored?

Thanks very much guys!!

Darcy, I normally heat color them, but these I actually electro anodized. It is normally easier to get a consistent that way.

Thanks for the reply Ben. I have some titanium sitting here waiting to be made into liner locks when time allows.......trying to glean info about working the stuff. I like the texture and color you do on these.

Wow!  These are both *awesome*!

If I could choose only one, I would have to go with the top/first design.

Most-excellent work right there Ben!
