little one in progress

2 7/8" cutting edge.
One of many on the go right now, but I figured it was getting too quiet around here   :D

It's very quiet.
I'm working on a rather small one myself - with a hamon.
I think yours is smaller.
When the last deer disappears into the morning mist,
When the last elk vanishes from the hills,
When the last buffalo falls on the plains,
I will hunt mice for I am a hunter and I must have my freedom.

Yep, it's time to make some noise.   :campfire:

That's gonna be a very useful size Darcy.

Nice pattern, great profile, and good size for most chores.  Hopefully you'll have it done in time for my birthday in a couple of months.  I'll pm you my address.  No need for any special wrapping paper.

Got it done.
OAL is 7"
Handle is cocobolo.....a nice piece from the same block as my "Zang Hill" string follow bow, and also from the same piece as last years St. Jude's auction knife.
Bolster is ivory micarta and the domed pin is nickel silver.

Still needs a sheath and final sharpening.
