Campbell Stag Barlow
« on: June 21, 2015, 07:10:00 PM »
I had the pleasure of meeting Doug for the first time at the Seattle show this year. This sweet little guy was on his table. My dad really wanted it but never pulled the trigger, so we picked it up after the show. Just gave it to him for fathers day, so I can post the pics now.  :)

It has a great damascus blade, bolsters and spacers. The amber stag is just, well, superb.
I made a nice little bison hide pocket sheath for it.

A beauty for sure!

I like the Barlow pattern, I acquired a Barlow that was Bill Moran's

That's a beauty, Ben.  Doug is one of the good ones. The Barlow pattern is about my favorite, I have one in my pocket at least part of every day.

I got to fondle that one-your dad has good taste.  :)

Doug is such a great guy, I was really happy to finally get to meet him (and you too Ben). Bet your dad was all kinds of happy with that knife and sheath package. Thanks for posting it up.
