Knife Maker Sheldon Bill or Bill Sheldon?

One of my clients has a bowie made by a smith by the name of "Sheldon". There is a Damascus Arkansas Toothpick made by him listed on the  big "e" auction site, but the one belonging to my client is made of non-Damascus steel. Any of you folks know anything about this maker?
