Take Down Osage bow
« on: August 27, 2008, 03:23:00 PM »
Thanks to Shaun Webb and his take down bow, I got the urge to try my luck. I had this umbrella connection that I think is bronze (it is probably brass)    , it's way too hard to be copper. I egg shaped it, so it wouldn't turn, it worked pretty good. The bow is 66" 50# @ 26", the lower limb is a little snakey, the upper pretty straight.

Wow Dano! That's a nice bow. You have been busy lately cranking out the bows.
But then, I see you don't have to waste time mowing a lawn...  :)
