Not a bad lookin bow OL' Brother. I'm not crazy about the abrupt fades, and I would round out the handle a bit more, but that's just me. I know you ended up light, but the inner limbs are pretty stiff.
If I were you I'd raise the brace hieght till the fletching clears and then she how she shoots.

I hate to be such a critic, but that's how we learn, me thinks.

I don't mind criticisim, my friend, and certainly not from the likes of you, with your skill. I do seem to wind up liking the low brace heights, 5 to 6 inches in wood bows (for me and most all of my bows), for some reason. I have thought that perhaps I should go back to 5" fletches (vice 5 1/2"), just so they would clear at my brace, though. I'm always open to reasonable suggestions though, and may try jacking it up a little more, just to see. Seems harder for me to string them though, especially the longer ones - I know, you are short too but you have arms - I just have sticks with hands on the end -   :D

BUT then again perhaps it is just  me  that needs some major realignment, not the bows -   :goldtooth:

The riser I conciously decided to leave longer and unshaped this time - just for contrast, and because it seemed to fit the long slim profile (to me)of the bow, also becuse it is only an inch wide, less in the palm side. Who knows though, at some later date I may decide to go to the more shaped handle that I mostly favor also. Shoots awfully good for me for now though.

Only if you promise to Half-Draw - and let me put a strap on your arm to make sure you can't go beyond that - LOL

So far, so good, buddy. Had her out again yesterday before supper and shot ten from the ground, ten from the tower, and then ten from the ground again. Really felt good and shot nice. Slaps the dickens out of the targets too, especially for it's weight. Did miss one from the ground with a slap off the back, and one from the tower - just under the ribs (my old nemisis shot, rearing it's ugly head again -    ). I really am enjoying shooting this one, Dano - but then I am "really enjoying" shooting about four of them lately on a regular basis - My "It" Osage, your "Sneaky Snake" Osage, my "Hanna Holmi" Holmegaard, and this BBI. The rest of my bows are screaming at me, as you can well imagine, every time I go by them   ;)  .

Ain't that the ever-lovin' truth, Dano! Took "It" out tonight for the same regimine (but without the 2 misses, which is good since she is the one I'm hunting with right now    :archer:   ).

I don't know about passing Linc, Lee, but I do know the ol' sweetheart said he is going to send me an Osage stave to play with, sometime this month - what a guy!
