« on: October 01, 2008, 08:07:00 PM »
Hello,  And thank you for your time everyone.
If using .030 uni-weft in the core, similar to Black Widow. How much weight gain, compared to a .030 wood lam. would be expected?    Cheers

Well sonny, uni-weft or glass will add about 1# - 3 #  depending where you place it in the limb stack. Hope that answer yer question.

In my experience, as the center lam, the uniweft does not add much more lbs than a .030 wood lam (if any).  When I use the Uniweft I use the same lam thickness as I would using a .030 wood lam, shooting for the same desired weight.
