I just finished this bow. I glued it up in Perry reflex. Filed finger grooves in the grip. Stained with leather dye. Tigerwood in the riser. 62",50#@28". It shoots good!

Looks great!  Could you tell us about the bamboo backing...it is tempered on the tips/handle area...or how did you get those areas so dark.
