Bowdoc's work!
« on: February 07, 2008, 11:23:00 PM »
This is just a little teaser from him. It needs a little more time in the shop before it ships. This one photo he sent has really got me wanting to see the whole bow! This is one of Norm Johnson's Blacktail Elite VL recurves. Can't wait to see the limbs!

Isaiah 49:2...he made me a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver.

Bjorn, I knew he did great work but I was not prepared for this...and I have just seen a picture! The limbs are footed with the bocote and have the chevrons on them. I can only imagine how they look. Don, if you are reading this I really appreciate the craftsmanship you are putting into this bow. I was always taught that when you borrow something from someone you return it in better condition than you received it in. Well, Don must have had been raised the same way! Thanks Don!

Wow! Do you need a bowsitter for a while?
