Gluing Tapered Adapters for Eclipse Broadheads

Hey Everyone!  I just purchased the Eclipse Single Bevel Broadheads and will need to install the adaptors for my carbon mfx arrows.  I am curious how to be certain they will line up properly and spin true?  I also would like to know what kinds of glue work best for gluing the adaptors?
