If you are looking for critical assessment, the right limb seems to have a stiff section on the inner 1/2. But not necessarily enough to warrant adjustment. I try to let the set it takes from work and from it's initial profile be the final answer on such things.
Tillering an "asym" bow is no different than any other. It's just that the apex of the curve falls at the arrow pass, versus middle of the "handle." This makes it kinda look a little more positive tiller, but I use the same tiller measure.
